Since 2017, I have written and directed a range of short films across various genres.
I recently completed my first feature-length non-fiction film, which just premiered at the Ji.hlava International Documentary Film Festival and received the Special Jury Mention.

My short films have been selected by renowned international festivals, including the Tampere Film Festival, Beirut Shorts International Film Festival, among others — with one film even shortlisted for a BAFTA award.​

I let each film dictate its own form, allowing the work to shape its own genre rather than the other way around. This openness has led me to explore fiction, non-fiction, and hybrid approaches, always driven by experimentation and emotion.

I aim for my work to feel like a journey rather than a message. I’m a storyteller—not God.
I'd rather evoke emotions and questions that make you doubt what you think you know. ​

My work ​explores womanhood, youth, memory, migration, the complex textures of life in Lebanon, and lost souls who are equally hateable and lovable… just like me.
